From January 12, 2026 to February 4, 2026, students will have the ability to get their questions answered regarding registration, pricing, and learn best practices to ensure a successful semester. 

No appointment needed. Office hours are first come, first served. 

Share this event page link with students, they can bookmark it and reference the schedule with links: Schedule – Cengage Student Office Hours  If you have a student who has a support issue and cannot attend one of the sessions, the best course of action is for the student to go to www.cengage.com/support, submit a ticket and then call 1-800-354-9706 for assistance.  Wait times during peak hours may be higher, but submitting a ticket and calling for assistance will ensure students get expedient service to resolve the issue. 

Below are a few quick tips for a great experience.

• While you wait for our tech team member to join the call, fill out a ticket to expedite the process. 
• After your conversation with the Tech Team, you will receive a case number. If you feel your problem wasn’t fully resolved, you may forward that case number on to your professor who will share it with your local Cengage rep for escalation.
